Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years in fast-paced retail management or related work.
• Experience driving top-line sales and managing payroll budgets.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and merchandising directives.
• Leadership experience in attracting and motivating talent.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and sales growth.
• Use forecasts and budgets to plan staffing and schedules.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on findings.
• Lead product demonstrations to boost guest service and sales.
• Maintain attendance and enforce the Ulta attendance policy.
