Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Task Associate to support store operations, merchandise replenishment, and guest service. You will keep shelves stocked, maintain cleanliness, and follow procedures to help achieve retail goals.

As a team, you will work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, flexing shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role offers full- and part-time benefits such as PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive tasks to maintain stocked merchandise and store cleanliness.
• Support Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager on performance metrics.
• Follow store procedures, policies, and loss prevention standards.
• Set, replenish, and face merchandise and displays.
• Deliver excellent guest service and assist with inventory.
