Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Task Associate to support store operations and guest service. You will help keep fixtures stocked, ensure the sales floor stays clean, and assist with shipments, resets, and inventory procedures.

This role requires a flexible schedule including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays, plus the ability to work independently or with a team while following policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence to support sales and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean; complete shipments, resets, and inventory procedures.
• Support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager on performance, people, and process.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s policies, dress code, and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Drive replenishment and ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store standards including restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
