Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to help deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining stocked merchandise, cleanliness, and adherence to store standards. The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through performance metrics and compliance with procedures.

The position requires attention to detail, ability to follow processes, and a flexible schedule to cover early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and stock merchandise to support sales.
• Support Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through performance metrics and processes.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
• Process shipments and replenishment; keep work areas replenished and faced.
• Provide exceptional guest service and follow loss-prevention practices.
