The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, with responsibilities spanning performance, people, and process. A flexible schedule includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to use basic technology (POS, tablets, smartphones).

Responsibilities

• Ensure merchandise is stocked and available for purchase.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with inventories and displays.
• Follow store procedures and compliance standards.
• Support guest service and loss prevention best practices.
• Attend ongoing brand education and product training.
