Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with performance and process tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring product availability, completing resets, handling shipments and inventory, adhering to policies, and supporting guest service with a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Proficient with basic technology, including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are completed and products are available.
• Maintain fixtures, store cleanliness, and overall appearance.
• Support Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with daily tasks and compliance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Handle inventory processes, shipments, and replenishment; protect assets.
