Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, ensure shelves are stocked, and maintain a clean shopping environment.

This role contributes to delivering an exceptional guest experience by executing tasks efficiently and adhering to standards throughout the shift. You will work closely with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, follow Ulta Beauty’s procedures, and participate in ongoing brand and category training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on operational excellence to support sales drivers and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked and maintain store cleanliness; complete assigned tasks.
• Operate POS system and provide exceptional guest service; follow procedures.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and participate in ongoing training.
