Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role focuses on keeping merchandise stocked, maintaining cleanliness, and following procedures to support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include ensuring product availability and inventory tasks while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education, for professional development and sales performance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards and follow dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments using Ulta Beauty’s technology.
