Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to uphold store operations, stock merchandise, and maintain cleanliness while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with a focus on performance, people, and process.

Flexible schedule is required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. The position emphasizes compliance, loss prevention, and teamwork within a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals by ensuring products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboard, shipments, replenishment, inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures and standards.
• Adhere to the dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments.
• Keep work area replenished, signed and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom and break area.
• Protect company assets through loss prevention practices and guest service.
• Perform additional operational tasks as directed.
