Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and help drive sales. The role partners with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet performance targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays; strong teamwork and problem-solving skills required; familiarity with POS and Apple devices preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execute tasks related to shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventories.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Carry out merchandising resets, planograms, displays, and inventory processing.
