Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep shelves stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager. You will focus on performance metrics, guest experience, and compliance with procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, and the ability to follow processes. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays is expected; familiarity with POS and Apple devices is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes (shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, inventory).
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
