Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proven experience in retail or customer service.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to influence others and lead a team.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff; including coaching and disciplining as needed.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results.
• Control expenses to meet financial objectives and protect assets.
• Ensure store compliance with legal requirements and maintain store reputation.
• Assign tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Create a positive, motivating team environment and address customer concerns promptly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses and perform financial analysis to maximize profits.
• Safeguard funds and manage banking requirements.
