Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or similar.
• Experience driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and leading a service culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers to deliver top-line sales growth and exceptional guest experience.
• Promote accountability and ensure adherence to store policies, procedures, and standards.
• Plan and execute in-store events, partner collaborations, and payroll optimization.
• Develop associates through training, feedback, and performance reviews to drive sales performance.
• Analyze financial and operational reporting to identify opportunities and risks.
