Qualifications

• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire coach and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
• Drive performance through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
• Coach for growth with ongoing feedback and development
• Train and develop onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product knowledge, and brand initiatives
• Execute daily operations: inventory, visual merchandising, store standards
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork; promote open culture
• Uphold Sephora standards and safe/shopping experience
