Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5+ years of fast-paced, retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense.
• Retail management: inventory, operations, service culture, and merchandising directives.
• Leadership experience: attracting, developing, motivating top talent and leading teams.

Responsibilities
