Ulta Beauty is seeking a General Manager to lead a single retail store, including the salon, and drive top-line sales growth through performance, people, and process. You will manage a team of managers, ensure adherence to policies, and deliver a world-class guest experience.

The role requires a passion for process excellence, strong leadership, and the ability to coach and develop staff while maintaining store profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5+ years of fast-paced retail management experience
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense
• Leadership management: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, leading others through change

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales and guest service goals.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Schedule staff to maximize productivity within payroll budgets.
• Provide makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Lead talent development, training, performance reviews, and succession planning.
