Job summary

Karuna Skin LLC is seeking a Director of Sales to own and grow topline across our retail partners in North America, including Target, Walmart, CVS, and Whole Foods Market. You will lead strategy, negotiations, and day-to-day relationships to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint into new doors and channels across the US and Canada.

Partnering with the CEO, you will set the sales agenda, lead retailer line reviews, and manage a small, high-output sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of CPG sales experience with targets at major retailers.
• Proven track record of growing topline revenue.
• Established buyer and broker relationships across mass, grocery, or drugstore channels.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with trade terms and promotions.
• Experience leading line reviews and presenting to senior buyers.
• Leadership experience managing a small sales team.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales topline across all brands and deliver revenue targets by retailer and channel.
• Lead strategy, negotiations, and ongoing relationships with key North America accounts (Target, Walmart, CVS, Whole Foods).
• Manage distributor partnerships to expand reach and new channels across North America.
• Build and execute plans to win new doors and expand distribution and shelf presence.
• Present in retailer meetings, drive line reviews end-to-end, and shape trade strategy with internal teams.
