Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our US B2B sales efforts from our Irvine, CA office. You will develop and execute strategy, manage key retailer relationships, and drive growth across national retail channels.

You will lead a high-performing team, align with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, and own revenue targets through new brand launches, assortment expansion, and optimized trade programs. Strong leadership and a track record in beauty/CPG preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 8–10+ years of B2B sales, wholesale, or national account experience.
• Experience managing major US national retailers (e.g., Ulta Beauty, Sephora, Target, Walmart, Costco, CVS, Walgreens) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall B2B Sales organization, strategy, and execution.
• Manage relationships with major US national retail and wholesale accounts.
• Drive revenue growth through new brand launches, product launches, and assortment expansion.
• Lead retailer meetings, line reviews, and seasonal planning.
• Identify opportunities for door expansion and new partnerships.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and trade terms.
• Develop and coach the B2B Sales team to meet objectives.
• Create annual sales strategies by account, brand, and channel.
