As the GM, you will recruit top talent, coach performance, and implement strategic initiatives to meet store goals and protect assets. This role requires a strong leadership presence and a passion for operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years of fast-paced, retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, controlling expenses.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations to deliver top-line sales growth, guest service, and expense control.
• Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team; address staffing needs with appropriate action.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards; manage scheduling and workload.
• Develop managers and associates through training, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Communicate enterprise strategy and align store goals with Ulta Beauty’s objectives.
