Job summary

SalonCentric is hiring a Part Time Team Member in New Jersey to deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals and promote premium beauty brands. You will educate customers on promotions, assist with inventory, and keep the store looking inviting.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, teamwork, and ongoing learning in a dynamic retail environment. Applicants should have strong communication skills, retail experience preferred, basic math, and the ability to operate a POS system;

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Must be able to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Results - Sell the finest professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions and events; replenish merchandise; assist in inventories; maintain store appearance; process sales and returns.
