Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oréal USA, seeks a FT Retail Assistant Store Manager in Michigan. You’ll help lead a team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic hair and beauty environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• 18 years of age with HS diploma or GED; cosmetology license a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States full-time; no immigration sponsorship offered.
