Job summary

SalonCentric, a premier wholesale distributor in the United States of salon professional beauty brands, seeks a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Michigan (Kentwood) to lead store teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This full-time role requires 1–2 years of retail leadership, weekend availability, and a proactive approach to sales and operations.

You'll partner with the store manager to drive growth, coach staff, and ensure a welcoming, compliant, and energetic store environment

Qualifications

1–2 years of retail leadership experience.
Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to use a computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
Must be able to work weekends.
18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no sponsorship offered.
