Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Sterling Heights, MI to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will assist the store manager in driving sales, recruiting talent, and ensuring the team has the tools for success.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work weekends. A Cosmetology license is a plus, and U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis.
