SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Kentwood, MI who loves hair and beauty and excels at leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication.
• Experience using a point-of-sale system (SAP preferred).
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and HS Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk during shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis is required.
