Job summary

SalonCentric is hiring a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Maryland to support store leadership, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced beauty environment.

You will assist in building a strong team, managing daily operations, and delivering on company goals while upholding high standards of integrity and guest experience. This full-time role requires weekend availability and a passion for beauty products.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as per schedule.
• 18 years of age with High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no immigration sponsorship offered.
