Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Montclair, CA seeks an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing payroll and expenses, and creating an Oasis experience for customers.

You will coach a team of fashion-loving Stylists, recruit and onboard talent, and lead by example with clear communication and a commitment to Windsor’s service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Effective communicator in group and one-on-one settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as part of the sales-directing team and create an omni channel Oasis experience for customers.
• Support Store Manager in finding and onboarding talent and maintaining a strong talent pool.
• Own the sales floor and plan daily operations to meet store goals.
• Lead training and coaching to foster a culture of continuous improvement among stylists.
