Qualifications
- 10+ years of PR/communications experience in beauty, agency preferred.
- Proven track record leading integrated campaigns for beauty brands across earned media, influencer/creator, experiential, and social.
- Demonstrated success in new business from pitch development to closing.
- Established relationships with beauty media, editors, and creators.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for boardroom and brainstorm settings.
- Experience mentoring and growing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of beauty accounts with strategic excellence and measurable results.
- Set the strategic vision for each account from big ideas to campaign delivery.
- Monitor account health, profitability, and scope; identify organic growth opportunities.
- Serve as senior escalation point, navigating challenges with solutions-focused thinking.
- Act as senior day-to-day counsel for key clients and lead executive-level communications.
- Lead quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and crisis moments.
- Drive new business efforts from identifying prospects to presenting concepts.
