24 Seven Talent seeks a strategic Beauty Director in New York, NY. This senior leader will oversee integrated communications for beauty brands, including PR, influencer marketing, artistry, and VIP relations.

You will develop multi‑channel strategies, guide creative programming, and lead a high‑performing team across markets, delivering measurable business results and culturally relevant campaigns. Hybrid role with 3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in PR, communications, or brand marketing in beauty.
• Experience leading integrated PR, influencer, talent, and experiential campaigns.
• Experience managing artistry sponsorships, influencer partnerships, and paid/organic social campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the digital beauty landscape, platform KPIs and trends.
• Experience with influencer platforms like Tribe, Traackr, CreatorIQ.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Client Management: develop and execute integrated 360° strategies across PR, influencer, artistry, talent and events.
• Public Relations & Media: secure coverage across beauty, business, trade, lifestyle and culture outlets; craft messaging and media materials.
• Influencer, Talent & VIP Relations: lead influencer strategy, casting, negotiations, seeding, campaigns, and earned media value.
• Experiential & Partnerships: lead events, activations, partnerships from concept to delivery; drive post-event coverage.
• Team Leadership & Operations: mentor teams, onboard, plan workflows, and ensure cross-team alignment.
• Oversee reporting, timelines, deliverables, KPIs, and optimization across workstreams.
