• 10+ years of PR/communications experience in beauty, agency preferred.
• Proven track record leading integrated campaigns for beauty brands across earned media, influencer/creator, experiential, and social.
• Demonstrated success in new business from pitch development to closing.
• Established relationships with beauty media, editors, and creators.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for boardroom and brainstorm settings.
• Experience mentoring and growing high-performing teams.

You'll serve as the strategic lead across a portfolio of beauty accounts, a trusted advisor to senior clients, a driver of new business growth, and an inspiring leader to a talented team.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee a portfolio of beauty accounts, ensuring strategic excellence, flawless execution, and measurable results across all client programs
• Set the strategic vision for each account, guiding teams from big-idea development through campaign delivery
• Monitor account health, profitability, and scope, proactively identifying opportunities for organic growth
• Serve as the senior escalation point, navigating challenges with poise and solutions-first thinking

Client Relationships & Communications:

• Act as the senior day-to-day counsel for key clients, building deep, trusted partnerships at the executive level
• Lead high-stakes client communications quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and crisis moments
• Anticipate client needs before they're voiced, consistently bringing fresh thinking and proactive recommendations to the table

New Business Development:

• Play a leading role in new business efforts, from identifying prospects and shaping pitch strategy to developing creative concepts and presenting with confidence
• Leverage your industry network and reputation to open doors and bring opportunities into the agency
• Contribute to the agency's positioning and thought leadership within the beauty space

Cultural Fluency & Beauty Expertise:

• Maintain a constant pulse on culture, with knowledge of emerging trends, creator dynamics, platform shifts, retail movements, and the conversations shaping the beauty landscape
• Bring a deep, authentic passion for beauty across categories: skincare, makeup, hair, fragrance, wellness, and beyond
• Translate cultural insight into breakthrough ideas that earn attention, drive conversation, and deliver business impact
• Cultivate strong relationships with beauty editors, creators, stylists, and tastemakers
• Lead, motivate, and inspire a multi-level team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and joy in the work
• Mentor rising talent, providing meaningful feedback, growth opportunities, and career development support
• Set the tone for excellence modeling the energy, curiosity, and standards you expect from the team
• Partner with agency leadership on staffing, resourcing, and talent retention across the beauty practice

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of PR/communications experience, with significant tenure in beauty (agency experience strongly preferred)
• A proven track record leading integrated campaigns for beauty brands earned media, influencer/creator, experiential, and social
• Demonstrated success in new business, from pitch development to closing
• Established relationships with beauty media, editors, and creators
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills you're as compelling in a boardroom as you are in a brainstorm
• Experience managing, mentoring, and growing high-performing teams

What We Offer:
