Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Associate, PR/influencer for North America. You will shape Estee Lauder and AERIN Beauty's presence through earned media, influencer partnerships, and storytelling across editorial and social platforms.

The role supports NA PR & Influencer strategies, drives EMV, and cultivates a vibrant community of advocates in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
• 2+ years in marketing/communications with a passion for beauty.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms and trends.

Responsibilities

• Help execute strategic communication and launch plans aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and manage editorial and product launch calendars to generate editorial coverage across media.
• Manage PR materials including press releases, media alerts, pitches, and regional adaptations.
• Oversee evergreen product mailings for press and VIPs/influencers.
• Support PR events planning and logistics for events (press/VIP/influencer events, brand trips, experiences).
• Manage US press contact list and maintain relationships.
