We are looking for a digitally fluent, creative thinker with expertise in public relations, influencer marketing, and social media strategy to join our high-performing North America Communications team. You will play a critical part in shaping Estee Lauder and AERIN Beauty's presence across editorial and social platforms, amplifying our voice and building a vibrant community of new advocates and fans of the brand. This role supports the execution of North America PR & Influencer strategies and high-impact campaigns that drive earned media value (EMV) and enhance brand desirability. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment and are passionate about cultivating brand storytelling through earned media, influencer partnerships, and experiential activations.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $64,350.00 to $93,250.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
