Job summary

Philips is seeking a Regional Business Leader for Beauty & New Ventures to drive growth and expansion of the Beauty portfolio across North America, owning P&L, revenue growth, profitability, and market share. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with major retailers to shape portfolio strategy and go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consumer marketing, category management, or business leadership within FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Health.
• Proven regional P&L ownership and ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex organizations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional business strategy and performance for Philips Beauty and New Ventures across North America, owning P&L, revenue growth, profitability, market share and priorities.
• Identify opportunities, build business cases, and establish market entry strategies for Light IPL portfolio in the U.S. and Canada.
• Accelerate omnichannel excellence through marketing, insights, digital engagement, and product launches.
• Partner with Sales and major retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Target) to optimize promotions and drive sell-in/sell-out.
• Own portfolio strategy including pricing, product mix, roadmaps, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Global BUs, R&D, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve profitability and forecast accuracy.
• Lead cross-functional teams and develop partnerships to expand Beauty and launch new ventures.
