Job summary

FusionPKG is seeking an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to join its fast-paced Marketing team in Dallas. You will assist with trade shows, customer events, campaign execution, social media scheduling, sample coordination, merchandising, and asset organization.

Qualifications

• Ideal for entry-level or early-career with exposure to beauty marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years in marketing, events, admin, or related experience; internships helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day marketing programs, events, trade shows, and initiatives.
• Assist with event logistics, registration, schedules, signage, vendor coordination.
• Coordinate product samples for meetings, trade shows, and shoots; track and fulfill.
• Maintain inventory for booth, showroom, displays, and promo items.
• Schedule and assist social posts, organize assets, track approvals and timelines.
• Support campaign execution and maintain marketing calendar with vendors.
• Organize marketing assets (photos, renderings, sell sheets, videos, logos).
• Assist with shipping/fulfillment of samples and event materials.
• Support sales enablement materials and customer meeting assets.
• Provide admin marketing support: PO backup, quotes, budgeting notes, calendar upkeep.
