Job summary

FusionPKG Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level role in a fast-paced beauty industry marketing team, supporting trade shows, customer events, campaigns, social media, samples, merchandising, and admin tasks. You will work closely with Marketing Programs & Events Manager and cross-functional partners to bring ideas to execution, stay on brand, and keep projects organized and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related field.
• 0–2 years in marketing, events, admin support, or related experience; internships helpful.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in copy, dates, shipping, and assets.
• Proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva and project tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of marketing programs, campaigns, and events in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with event logistics, registration support, schedules, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate product samples for meetings, trade shows, and shoots; track and fulfill requests.
• Maintain booth, showroom, and merchandising inventory and reorder needs.
• Schedule social media posts, organize assets, and track publishing timelines.
• Assist with campaign execution by routing creative requests and coordinating with designers.
• Organize marketing assets including photos, sell sheets, presentations, and logos.
• Support shipping, fulfillment of samples, and delivery follow-ups.
• Provide admin marketing support: PO/Invoices, budgeting docs, meeting notes, calendars.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Leadership.
