Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sally Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, providing knowledgeable guidance and friendly service.

Responsibilities include building relationships, promoting promotions, processing transactions, and maintaining an engaging store environment. Training on products is provided, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of promotions and events.
• Set up displays and merchandise to highlight promotions.
• Encourage enrollment in Sally Beauty Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
