Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skincare and nails, and sharing product knowledge.

You will build relationships, promote promotions, enroll customers in the Loyalty program, set up displays, and complete transactions accurately while upholding Sally Beauty culture and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs.
• Able to apply product knowledge training to customer service.
• Able to read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
