Qualifications

• Office experience with Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Creative, organized, self-motivated
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Able to lift 5–15 lbs

Responsibilities

• Prospect and email influencers for seeding campaigns via AspireIQ
• Create content briefs for Paid, Retail, e-Retail and Organic requests
• Restock and maintain digital product closet
• Send influencer packages from the office and Shopify for ambassador program support
• Research competitive influencer programs for reports
• Assist design, copy, and social teams with projects
• Upload product page information into retailers' portals (Sephora, Kohl's, etc.)
• Monitor retailer product pages weekly
• Input shipping requests for reviews campaigns and monitor messages on review agencies platform
• Update paid social tracker as needed
