Moroccanoil invites a creative influencer marketing coordinator to join our NYC team. You will support day-to-day influencer campaigns, creator partnerships and content development across organic, paid and retail initiatives.

The role requires 1–2+ years in influencer marketing within beauty or lifestyle, strong knowledge of platforms, and excellent organization to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid NYC office required.

Formación

• 1–2+ years of influencer marketing experience in beauty or lifestyle.
• Strong knowledge of beauty creator landscape and social platforms.
• Experience supporting gifting, seeding, mailers and paid/organic campaigns.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with creators and external partners.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with influencer platforms preferred.
• Video editing experience (Final Cut Pro X or Adobe Premiere Pro) preferred.
• Hybrid: must be able to commute to the NYC office.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns and partnerships across organic, paid and retail initiatives.
• Support creator sourcing, outreach and relationship management within Moroccanoil’s influencer community.
• Create influencer briefs outlining messaging, talking points and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for reviews, edits and approvals.
• Maintain campaign calendars and trackers to ensure on-schedule deliverables.
• Assist with influencer gifting, product seeding, PR mailers, and logistics.
• Manage influencer inquiries and identify opportunities for the brand.
• Fulfill influencer and giveaway product orders via Shopify and SAP.
• Support events and activations with creator outreach and guest lists.
• Track and report campaign performance including reach and EMV.
• Maintain organized creator lists, reporting and documentation.
• Create and ship influencer PR packages via FedEx/messenger.
• Assist Content Team by filming and editing for social channels.
