Qualifications

• Excellent calendar management and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across calendars and time zones.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates and provide timely communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS and HR databases.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and HR documents.
• Support reference checks and recruiting activities as needed.
• Update recruiting trackers, reports, and dashboards.
