The position is home-based with Northeast coverage, offering travel up to 50% and a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration to deliver growth in the beauty and home care portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of account/client relationship management experience.
• Experience selling personal and beauty care raw materials.
• Proven track record in sales growth and new business development.
• Experience managing a large portfolio across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Managing sales revenue, RFQs, forecasts, and year-end estimates across an assigned territory.
• Maintaining long-term relationships with brands, OEMs, distributors, and contract manufacturers.
• Developing new business while representing the company at tradeshows and events.
• Managing CRM/Salesforce opportunities and maintaining pipeline accuracy.
• Leading persuasive presentations to internal and external audiences.
