Job summary

European Wax Center in Vancouver, WA is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. This in-person role requires strong sales and superb communication, with evening and weekend availability.

You will greet guests, promote services, educate on products, manage front desk operations, and help maintain a high-energy center. Daily pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and guest service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
