Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a friendly Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences for customers in our store. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skincare and nails, guided by training provided by Sally Beauty to ensure expertise and confidence on the shop floor.

You will build relationships, promote promotions, manage displays, and help customers join our loyalty program while maintaining a professional environment and accurate checkout processes.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
