Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a friendly, knowledgeable Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences. You will assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, build relationships, and promote loyalty programs.

You will work on product displays, inform customers of promotions, process transactions accurately, and participate in Sally Beauty culture. Flexible schedules, discounts, and training are provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge to help customers.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
