Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a friendly Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will help guests with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, guiding them through product selection and applying knowledge from training.

As a Sally Beauty Advisor, you will build relationships, promote promotions, enroll customers in the Loyalty program, and process transactions accurately while maintaining a vibrant store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Available to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Clear communication with customers and team.
• Ability to apply product knowledge to assist customers.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
