Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a friendly Beauty Advisor to help customers on their hair and beauty journey, building relationships and guiding color, cosmetics, skin care and nails.

You will set up displays, promote promotions, enroll customers in the loyalty program, complete transactions accurately and maintain a professional store environment while embracing Sally Beauty Culture Values. Flexible schedules and potential benefits are offered based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Long periods of standing and walking are required.
• Exposure to fumes and odors may occur occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for promotions.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
