Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a friendly Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor. You will greet guests, assess beauty needs, demonstrate products, and manage checkout and stock while delivering on promotional events.

With a focus on product knowledge and customer relationships, you will support leadership to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage guests, advise on products and services, and inform about promotions and sales.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experiences and meet sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of products and ingredients to better serve guests.
