Job summary

Ulta Beauty in our stores seeks a Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience, performing makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and loyalty. You will greet guests, answer questions, and recommend complementary products while supporting store goals.

The role requires a passion for beauty, a willingness to learn, and comfort with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and services to assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Greet guests, engage with them, answer questions, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish merchandise.
