Job summary

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, answer questions, and recommend products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events that deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Stay informed about products and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store standards.
