Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in-store, greet guests, assess needs, and guide product selections while driving sales and overall store performance.

Responsibilities include makeup applications, skincare analysis, managing loyalty programs, processing transactions, stocking fixtures, and supporting events with a customer-first approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Greet and engage guests, tailor service to needs, explain products and promotions.
• Handle sales, refunds, exchanges, and online order assistance.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Stay informed on products and ingredients to better assist guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
