Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Fashion-forward Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, provide makeup applications, and assist customers with product selections. You will support sales goals and in-store events while maintaining a clean, well-stocked environment.

The role requires a friendly, knowledgeable approach and a willingness to learn about beauty products. This is a full-time position with a schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Assist guests by greeting, engaging, answering questions about products and services, informing guests about promotions, and recommending complementary Ulta Beauty products and/or services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Stay informed on new products and services and be knowledgeable about ingredients and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
